A family business on the move
Our historySTS Oberholz is located at the junction between the Ruhr area and the Rhineland, in Velbert, about 20 km outside Düsseldorf. For 25 years we are here as a motivated family business as an original equipment manufacturer in the caravan and motorhome business. During this time, we have been able to gather a great deal of valuable experience and are available to our customers as a qualified partner with our comprehensive know-how.
Already in the first few years, STS Oberholz has developed into one of the most important suppliers of safety and locking systems for motor homes and caravans. Since 1999, Isabel Oberholz-Dusser has managed the company once founded with her father with great passion and entrepreneurial foresight.
The steady growth and the high level of customer satisfaction are also a success of the dedicated employees who have faithfully supported the company for many years. We are happy to surprise many of our customers’ new employees with detailed knowledge of their products, quantities and backgrounds, a keen eye for development trends in caravanning and excellent service.

Sustainable good qualityIn everything we design, develop, produce and sell, we are committed to a simple philosophy: We offer only high quality products at reasonable prices. This applies to our own developments as well as to our selected commercial products. It is extremely helpful that our customers come first, that we can act flexibly as an economically stable family business and that we do not have to take into account the short-term interests of investors.
Through our dialog and close cooperation with our customers, suggestions and proposals from our business partners are regularly incorporated into the development of new products. We are continuously strengthening the area of in-house developments, with four maxims in the foreground:
